First, check you are eligible

Please check that you are eligible to apply to buy a New Build HomeBuy property before you go any further. You need to meet some basic criteria to be eligible.

Second, call our sales team

If you are interested in buying one of our New Build HomeBuy properties, please email or call our sales team on either 01928 728039 or 01928 728055 (9am to 5pm Monday to Friday).

Our sales team will be able to answer any questions that you may have, give you more information about the property you are interested in, or even arrange for you to view a property.

Next, complete the application form

If you think you are eligible and want to apply, please click here for an application form and details of the supporting information you will need to return with it.

Remember to include the name of the scheme you are interested in so we can fast-track your application, as properties get reserved very quickly.

What happens to my application when you receive it?

We will check whether you meet our eligibility criteria for the specific scheme you are interested in, acknowledge your application in writing and tell you the allocation date.

We will contact you after the allocation panel have reviewed your application form and let you know the outcome in writing, within 5 working days.

A representative of Muir Group (or the estate agent/developer) will then arrange a meeting at the scheme you are interested in if the development is completed to discuss reserving the property of your choice.
