The application form

To apply for a New Build HomeBuy scheme, you will need to download, print out and complete an application form. 

Once you have completed the form please return it to the address below with the following supporting documentation:-

• Most recent P.60

• 3 recent payslips

• Offer of mortgage in principle (if received)

• Indication of savings to be used as deposit

• Evidence of any children or other people living with the buyer

• Proof of current residency

• Last audited accounts if self-employed.
